Endera Adds Andrew Rodriguez As Vice President, Software Operations

As Vice President of Software Operations, Rodriguez will be responsible for software management and operations to ensure Endera’s telematics platform and products meet the needs of our customers and ensure positive business results.

Rodriguez is an accomplished software manager and integrator of client facing applications and has overseen implementation of dozens of software with thousands of users.

Over the last decade, Rodriguez has spent his career developing custom client-facing software applications, specializing in software that increases internal and external efficiencies. With expertise in software as a service and managing people and technology, he’s spent his career creating dependable, feedback-driven solutions for industries that were not digitally managed.

Rodriguez created an online web portal that drew 8,000 unique users in the first year of use with minimal interruption to time-sensitive invoice delivery, review and payment, critical to the industry. He’s delivered self-service setup and training protocol, documentation and materials for three separate softwares, increasing training efficiency by 75% and reducing internal user support required by nearly half for over 20,000 unique users.

Rodriguez has spent his career conceptualizing and implementing software that’s effective for users at every skill set, ensuring everyone has a voice in the development cycle. He champions the user experience and is passionate about end-to-end user relations, bridging the gap between user feedback and customer support at all levels of the software experience. Rodriguez holds a Bachelors of Science from California Polytechnic State University.

Jeff Crockett Named As President Of Endera's Shuttle Division

SAN DIEGO, CA — Endera, a transportation technology company specializing in all-electric commercial vehicles, charging infrastructure and software solutions, today announced the addition of Jeff Crockett as President of Endera's Shuttle Division.

As President, Crockett will be responsible for building and upgrading Endera's dealer network across the nation, innovating the design of its shuttle bus body and scaling up Endera's manufacturing operations to meet the growing demand for Endera's all-electric shuttles.

Crockett brings over 34 years of experience both with dealers and manufacturers. Most recently, Crockett was the President of Diamond Coach, where he upgraded and grew their dealer network by 75 percent and focused on engaging with dealers who provided a quality experience and maintenance facilities to best serve their customers. He also focused on growing the business and establishing Diamond's reputation with the Department of Transportation as a valid paratransit bus builder.

Crockett started at El Dorado Motor Corporation in 1987 as an account manager, working with dealers across the Northwest region of the US. He became general manager in 1989 and took over El Dorado's bus sales. Five years later he moved to Washington and became the owner of EK Coaches. After selling his company in 2016, Crockett joined Diamond Coach as President.

Endera Acquires Ohio-Based School and Shuttle Bus OEM and Factory

Endera Adds Kevin Hernandez as Chief Commercial Officer

SAN DIEGO, CA – Endera, an end-to-end provider of electric commercial vehicles, charging infrastructure and software, today announced the addition of Kevin Hernandez as Chief Commercial Officer.

As CCO, Hernandez will be responsible for leading Endera’s commercial operations, developing new business opportunities, managing overall client relationships as well as overseeing the buildout of Endera’s service network.

Hernandez will lead the execution of customer success strategies throughout the client engagement process, focusing on program design, sales, operational consulting, and after-sales support, service and management. His role includes leading operational process improvement and internal cross-functional collaboration to ensure Endera’s clients benefit from industry leading technologies, products, and services. Hernandez will engage with and develop key strategic partnerships with suppliers, corporations, and organizations to support the long-term objectives of the business.

With over 13 years of experience in the transportation industry, Hernandez was most recently the Managing Director of Ground Transportation at ACE Parking, overseeing the company’s fleet operations for the ground transportation division, during which he was able to double the size of the business during his five year tenure. This included operations at the San Diego International Airport, Illumina, the Port of San Diego, the County of San Diego, among others.  Most notably, Kevin was an integral part of spearheading the San Diego International Airport’s transition to electric shuttles for their fleet, making their fleet the largest electric fleet at a US airport.

“My goal is to be a partner to the fleet managers and executives who face the challenge of transitioning to electric,” said Kevin Hernandez. “It is a challenge that I faced head on during my tenure as an operator and I hope to bring those lessons learned and custom approaches to help our customers adopt electric fleets seamlessly nationwide.”

Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s degree from Biola University, a Master’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a Finance concentration from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management.
